How do I remove or update my ad account(s)?

How to manage which ad accounts you connect to TrustAds

Changing which of your Facebook/Snapchat ad accounts are connected to TrustAds is simple.

1. Log in to TrustAds

2. Head to My Account > Ad Account Settings > Ad Accounts

Here you'll be presented with two tables:

Your Ad Accounts

This is a list of all of the ad accounts you have access to under your connected Facebook/Snapchat account(s).

Your Selected Ad Accounts

These are the ad accounts that you have access to that you have linked to TrustAds.

N.B. You can only create rules and lookalike audiences for ad accounts in the 'Selected Ad Accounts' column.

3. Manage which ad accounts are connected to TrustAds

To connect an ad account to TrustAds

Move the account from the left column (Your Ad Accounts) into the right column (Your Selected Ad Accounts).

To remove an ad account from TrustAds

Move the account from the right column - Your Selected Ad Accounts - into the left column - Your Ad Accounts.

If you try to remove an ad account with rules connected to it, you will receive the following message:

If you choose to remove an ad account with rules connected to it, they will be deactivated.

You will only be able to connect as many ad accounts as your plan allows. Your limit is shown in the top right of this list.

That's it!

You can update which ad accounts are connected to your TrustAds account at any time using this method.

Can't find the ad account you're looking for?

Remember that in order to connect an ad account to TrustAds, it must be linked to your personal Facebook or Snapchat account.

If you can't see an ad account in your Ad Account settings, ensure that your Facebook or Snapchat account has been granted access to the ad account in question.
